Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. This site was built with the Store Front (tm) shopping cart system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access. We have a secure certificate from GeoTrust which protects your personal information with the highest level of security.

You should see a small key (Netscape) or lock (IE) indicating that your browser is communicating securely with our web store.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of the US State in which we are registered, which is Florida and is based on the county of residence tax rate, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, no checks or money orders. The orders are processed by our credit card processing partner, PayPal, which uses the best security features available to protect your vital information.

How much will my shipping charges be for my order?
Our primary shipping carrier is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and all shipping charges are based on price ranges. Refer to our shipping policy for ranges. We also have a minimum shipping charge for all orders. The total cost of goods and the estimated cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed with each order.

How do I track my order?
We are currently checking the tracking features of the USPS and will specify the details as soon as they become available.

What if I need to return my order?
We currently do not accept returns or refund previous purchases. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
Our inventory is made up of original collectible items and therefore for almost all of our items we have no more than one in stock for a specific sheet music title or music publication.

What browsers are best for viewing our site?
Our site will work with both Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers that are version 4.0 or higher.

Some instances have been reported where users having the AOL 5.0, 6.0, or 7.0 browser are getting a script error upon clicking the Add To Cart button on a product page. Please click Yes to continue running scripts on this page if that error is received.

Does my browser need cookies and javascript enabled to view your site correctly?
Yes. We use javascript for some validity checking of data and cookies are used to store minor information on your computer so that each subsequent visit you will not have to type in the same information. No secure information such as credit card numbers are contained in the cookies only basic information such as Name, Address and E-Mail address are stored.
